The house is about 160 square meters and is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with pleasant neighbors.
A 30 square meter, covered terrace with teak furniture, dining table, sun loungers and a bar invite you to relax. The glass wall protects you from the wind while barbecuing and sundowning.

The larger one has a large double bed with two good, separate mattresses. The view from the window shows the beach, the new harbor and in the evening the sea of lights from Gordon's Bay, Strand and Somerset West. A spacious wardrobe offers plenty of space. The bathroom is right next door with two modern sinks opposite, toilet, shower and a bath with spa.
The smaller one has a single bed, also with a comfortable mattress, a desk and built-in closet. This view falls on the mountains.
