We had a wonderful stay! The place had everything we needed and was perfectly nestled in the woods for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Jocelyn was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. We would stay here again.

Beautiful home! We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay here with our family. The bedrooms are cozy, the kitchen is well-appointed, and the location is ideal. The neighborhood is beautiful, and this home is tucked away for added serenity. Jocelyn is a gracious host too. We would stay here again!

Our group had a fantastic stay. The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is extremely private, located on a large, mostly forested lot. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the large deck, surrounded by nature. Jocelyn was very helpful and responsive, and provided a number of great suggestions for our trip!

Jocelyn's property is beautifully located and designed. From the inside out, it is pretty spectacular. The home is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We enjoyed daily outings to nearby Crescent Beach and Portland. We left with a new appreciation of nature and the woods.

Enjoyed our long weekend stay at the house. It was perfect for our party of five. Very comfy and private. Host was incredibly kind and great communication, including a local recommendation for a birthday cake.

Very comfortable modern home in a great location

A great place to stay in Cape Elizabeth. The house is off the beaten path enough to provide plenty of privacy and quiet, but close enough to everything around to enjoy everything the area has to offer (5-10 minutes to coast, 15 minutes to Portland). Very responsive and friendly host, everything was as advertised. We would recommend for anyone looking to visit the area.

Quality Family Time

Cape Elizabeth is just beautiful! We had a wonderful stay at this property. Our host was very accommodating. The house is newly built, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Excellent kitchen for sharing family dinners.

Lovely, calm wooded oasis home base for family

We really enjoyed our stay at Jocelyn's place. The neighborhood is beautiful and it's located only 15 mins from downtown Portland. We rented a car and did a lot of fun day trips from the house. Jocelyn was really communicative and helpful! It was a wonderful and comfortable house.

Amazing

Great quiet neighborhood, hiking and biking through the neighborhood. Didn’t get to enjoy all of the amenities of the house because there are so many great things to do near by. Short drive to downtown Portland. Amazing property, great getaway for our family.

New Home in Cape Elizabeth

We had a great stay - the home was situated in a beautiful neighborhood and was recently built. The home was decorated perfectly and was very comfortable with all new appliances and furnishings. The host was attentive, although we really didn’t need anything. We saw lots of nature and enjoyed sitting on the back porch. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet and private getaway

This modern and clean home was welcoming and had all of the amenities we needed. We were given permission to bring our small rescue dog and appreciated the secluded location, where she was able to relax, away from people and other dogs. The location is close to the shore and an easy drive to restaurants in Cape Elizabeth, South Portland, and Portland. Our stay in Maine to visit family was peaceful and effortless, thanks to this rental.

Fantastic Experience

The house and location was peaceful, convenient, and perfectly furnished. We loved the nautical character of the house and enjoyed our time immensely. It was quiet, spacious, super clean, comfortable bedding, and had a lovely kitchen. The house was accessible to so many wonderful and scenic locations. The instructions from the host were clear and concise and answered all of our questions. We would definitely recommend this property and rent again!
