Absolutely beautiful 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Gulf access pool home in one of the most popular parts of SW Cape Coral. Located right on a wide intersection canal with perfect southwest pool exposure for sun ALL day and the gorgeous sunsets at night. Walking distance to Cape Harbour Marina with amazing restaurants, shops and bars. In this villa you're only 20 minutes away from enjoying some of the world's most beautiful beaches like Ft Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva. Rent a boat from one of Cape Coral's many boat rental companies and dock it by the house.

The Villa Cape Escape offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one is accessible from the pool area), a spacious TV/Livingroom area to fit the whole group, a dining area with a view over the pool and gorgeous canal, and a fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for a couples retreat or the big family vacation.

The primary bedroom has a King size bed and a cozy window sofa area. It has a TV and an en-suite bathroom for privacy.
The second bedroom has a King size bed and also has a cozy window sofa and a TV.
The third bedroom has two twin beds and a dedicated office area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice-maker, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a gas BBQ-grill and outdoor kitchen space.

The villa also offers WIFI if you want to use your own computer, pad or smartphone.

We had a very good experience with staying at this home. I had a hard time finding the home book information when we arrived and we only had 2 rolls of toilet paper upon arriving. Toilet paper is such an inexpensive item, so I feel it should be figured into the expense of staying at a VRBO. Overall, this home has what you need and Cape Coral is a relaxing place to visit.
