The pool was our favorite thing about this rental. Everything was very new and we enjoyed the open space in the kitchen and living area. The ping pong table was a bonus! Having beach chairs and a wagon was even better. Not sure paying to heat the pool was worth it. Seemed like it turned off at some point. Water pressure wasn’t great but overall happy with the entire property and location. Thank you!

The house has a great layout and a cozy feel. The pool is a perfect size to refresh. The location is convenient to grocery stores and only a short drive to Ft Myers shopping and beaches.

Not a 5, 4 or 3 star VRBO

I chose this house because of the layout of the house, the heated pool and the garage. We had issue after issue with this rental.10 days without a heated pool (71 degrees) heater wasn't working. 14 days without the garage (door hardware was damaged, I was told by maintenance guy that they knew it was damaged), Broken refrigerator drawer.Microwave tripping breaker everytime you tried to use it.Broken igniter on the grill (no fire starter to light grill)Missing exterior door knob on the door leading out to the pool.Pantry door falling off of the track.Curled up area rug edges creating tripping hazardMissing kitchen utensils no can opener or cork screwnon-stick skillets marked up so bad that everything sticks they only have metal turners and spoons for cooking. Some pictures they show for this property are not this property. I texted Sundown Vista for each problem. I quickly received a reply thanking us and they would address the problems, we would receive boxes with items from Amazon. I would also be asked to let repair people in when they came out to repair microwave, garage door, area rugs, grill and pool. My husband replaced the grill igniter they sent the part but maintenance never came back. Considering the impact that this had on our vacation we requested to be compensated for all the inconveniences we experienced. I sent Sundown Vista a message on March 5th 2025 as of March 14 I still haven't heard anything. I contacted VRBO and didn't receive any help.

Vacation!

We had a wonderful time at this place. Great for families who want their own pool and beach access with an hour drive. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by. We fished the canals nearby and had some luck!

Excellent stay in Cape Coral

Really enjoyed our time in the VBRO. A new house in North Cape Coral, close to Puta Gorda airport. Grocery store just 2 miles away. The heated saltwater swimming pool was absolutely awesome, couldn't keep my family out of it. Worth a look.

Wonderful Vacation

Everything about the property was exactly as advertised we had a great time in the pool the house was big for at least two families has a nice two car garage has everything you can ask for. If you have any questions or problems the host responds immediately and fixes any situation. Would definitely recommend for anybody to stay here.
