Villa Gabriella es una casa recientemente remodelada de 4 dormitorios y 4 baños con acceso al Golfo de México. La casa está situada en un barrio tranquilo y bien establecido en el suroeste de Cape Coral. ¡Te encantará el relajante estilo de casa de playa y el concepto abierto de esta casa!
Disfrute de la nueva cocina con electrodomésticos y comodidades de primera línea, la gran isla incluye asientos para seis personas. La casa es muy espaciosa y perfecta para entretener a grupos grandes. El comedor ofrece una gran mesa y asientos para ocho personas. Las cuatro habitaciones están decoradas con buen gusto e incluyen tres camas king y una queen. Cada habitación está equipada con un nuevo televisor de 40 pulgadas con un palo de fuego de Amazon para usar Netflix, Hulu, etc. y tiene su propio baño completo. La sala de estar cuenta con un nuevo televisor de 75 pulgadas y lujosos asientos estilo cine. Beautiful Home with fantastic screened pool area. Outdoor kitchen, plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture and very nice pool, Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and bathrooms. This was perfect for our family trip. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor kitchen/dining area. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals during the week, and the icemaker in the garage was very convenient. Excellent stay!

We had an amazing week staying at Villa Gabriella. Ashley was great to work with and responded quickly. Beautiful home with all the amenities you need. The outdoor area was comfortable and quiet. We definitely will be visiting Villa Gabriella in the future.

The home is beautiful and very clean. We reached out to Ashley to ask for the heat in the pool to raised. Ashley responded in under 5 minutes and had a person come out and handle that request promptly. Overall, a great stay!

The house and accommodations were great! We had 4 couples and each couple had their own bathroom and shower. In addition, the house was big enough to have privacy, if needed. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and met all of our needs. The accessories included with the rental met all our needs whether staying at home or a day at the beach. Most important, the owners were very pleasant and responded quickly to all our questions and concerns to support a stress free vacation!! The total experience was great and we would highly recommend it to others.

Our stay at this property was truly amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed the home was. Every room felt welcoming and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time together.Our host (Ashley) was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and we felt well taken care of from start to finish.The house had everything we needed — and more. The kitchen was well-stocked, the living areas were comfortable, and the space was perfect for our group. There was ample room for everyone to spread out while still enjoying time together.The pool area was fantastic — a wonderful spot to spend the day relaxing, swimming, and soaking up the sunshine.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Property is amazing!

This property was everything advertised! By far the most well maintained rental we have ever stayed in. All you need to do is bring your clothes, its the perfect family get away! It a very quiet neighborhood with quick access to restaurants and shopping. We had an amazing time.

Perfect House

We traveled with 2 other couples to get out of the cold. This house was amazing. The pool and patio area were fantastic. Very peaceful even though we were only 2 blocks from main road. Communication with Ashley was first rate, she responded quickly with any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked again next year. Highly recommend.

Perfect Paradise

This house and property are beautiful. The owners have thought of every need and want. Pool toys, towels, and lounge chairs. Beach chairs, coolers, and an ice machine. A large outdoor grill, bar, and eating area next to the pool. A wide dock for fishing and sun sets mark the back of the property. I love this place and that is why we return each year.

Beautifully decorated. Very clean. All of our needs were anticipated and met! We loved the extra touches with beach chairs, ice machine, bikes. Ashley was very communicative and timely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

Great place to stay.

Great house for 4 couples. Well stocked and plenty of extras. Icemaker in garage and coolers were great. Only negative was it was advertised with a hot tub and there was not one. This house was very clean.
