We very much enjoyed our time at this house. Pool area was wonderful and we ate every meal on the spacious lanai. Kitchen was well stocked and we really appreciated the availability of common pantry items and the spice cabinet. Thanks for a great week!

This was the best vrbo we have stayed at. Beautiful home. The kitchen was well supplied & stocked. We loved the patio & outdoor kitchen area. The grandsons loved the pool. Thanks to the owners for sharing their home with us. Two of the mattresses could use some updating.

Sisters Golden 30th

I rented the property to bring my family down for my sisters Golden 30th Birthday! It was the perfect place for everything! The pool and grill was where we spent most of our time! The house was large enough for 7 of us! We were already trying to find another way to rent the house again for a family trip! Loved it so much!

Wonderful Place!

Our family had an excellent time at "Villa Paradise Isle". The home is beautiful (as advertised) with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was great to have a lot of the basic necessities provided for us when we got there.The Pool/Hot Tub was fun for everyone (1 YO to 70 YO), and is where we spent the majority of our time.The neighborhood felt very safe, and is within 10-20 minutes or so from all your major needs. We did a lot a of jogging, walking and biking throughout our stay.Michele was very responsive and answered any questions we had, and the check-in/check-out process was very simple.Thank you for the use of your house, I'm sure we'll be back again someday!

Absolutely Wonderful

I can not begin to explain how amazing this property and vacation was. We came to FL for my son’s football tournament so the location was great for where we needed to be. Michelle the owner was easy to communicate with and so thoughtful as she gave us cups and tshirts. The property has everything from baby high chairs to all the seasonings, aluminum foil, lotion, down to q-tips and razors. Some of our favorites in the home were of course the POOL, the grill, the games and bikes. I recommend this property 100 times over!!! Thank you so much, because of your wonderful home it brought so much joy to my family in this holiday season!

Amazing Getaway!

Our stay for 7 days was great! 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 1, 2, 3, 6). The house had everything you would ever need. High chairs, strollers, pack n play, pool floats, umbrellas, coolers, beach chairs, swim towels. The kitchen was fully stocked. Not a single thing missing!

Loved it!!

Best vacation rental in Cape Coral we've had so far! Enough space for everyone. Hot spa was the best! Nice neighborhood and very good location. The kids loved the arcade machine with 5000 games.

This property exceeded every expectation, in every way. So much time and effort has been put into making sure that anything you could ever ask for from a vacation property is supplied. From the kitchen supplies to the pool toys, literally everything you need to enjoy a vacation is there. Truly a five star experience and set the bar for any other short term rental property.

A score of 10 is an understatement

Everything was perfect. I've stayed at over 30 VRBO's and this was the best. Its very spacious both inside and the pool area. We had 6 of us and everybody was able to have some free space (requirement for teens). Owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions or needs. The place was spotless and had PLENTY of amenities. Usually when you rent a place, you have to do the Walmart run for extra toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, etc. This home had it all and plenty of extra, including a wide area of spices, shampoos, conditioner, body gel etc. That alone saved a trip and probably $50-$100 in just the usual supplies. Plenty of towels, very high end appliances, tons of high quality pots/pans, thermal cups, dishes, cooking utensils etc. The kitchen was stocked with just as much as my personal kitchen. Pool area is perfect, amazing grilling station with tv, ceiling fans, and plenty of seating for outdoor eating. Pool and hot tub, perfect temperature, great shallow are in the pool to rest in. The dock has a cute table and tiki top, nice place to fish off the dock. 2 single person kayaks. The amount of pool toys, rafts, games etc. made the pool experience amazing. Plenty of beach gear, chairs, coolers, umbrella. Pretty much everything you need. They even had 5 bikes to use. The place is worth every penny, I was comparing it to some cheaper places and honestly, the few extra bucks we paid for this home paid itself back 10 fold. You'll Love IT

Perfect family getaway

Our stay at Paradise Isle was relaxing and just what we were looking for in a rental home. The house was well stocked with everything you needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, pool toys, and games. We were very happy and comfortable and would recommend others to stay here.

Family Memories

We had our kids and grandkids visit during our 3 week stay. We rented a boat for a week which was great. The layout of the house worked well with 4 families. The living area has great space. The kitchen cookware etc... was great. Everyone loved the pool area. Also had some great fishing off the dock. We had an awesome vacation here.

Great Stay!

This property was wonderful. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this is one of the best equipped houses we have stayed at. It was really nice not to have to worry about buying beach chairs and floaties to use. Communication with the owner was prompt. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Holiday Vacation 2023

This was our first time in Cape Coral. We took our adult children (18-23) to escape winter in Ohio. The house completely exceeded our expectations. Spotlessly clean and spacious. We enjoyed all of the amenities including the kayaks, fishing, bicycles, and pool/spa. Going to the beach was a breeze with the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. We had a great adventure packed week. We highly recommend this house.
