Welcome at Casa "CHADEN" a modern cozy home with farm style touches. A gorgeous outdoor area with pool, BBQ, electric and wood fireplaces, TV and enough seating and lounge chairs.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, guestroom 1 with a Twin size bed and guestroom 2 with a Queen size bed.
The house is set up for up to 5 person included kids.
It's located close to a public Golf course, grocery shopping and dining. Matlacha is just approx 10 driving minutes away and Sanibel Island or Fort Myers Beach approx 45-60 minutes depending on the traffic.

The new electric pool heater will be set to 83F from Oct-Mar. Electric usage is included for up to $40.00/ weekly or $160.00 monthly. Minimum age for the person responsible is min 25y. Thank you and have a great family vacation

Wonderful place to rent

I was a bit dumbfounded by previous review. This property was spotless when we arrived. The property manager Gunther responded to any questions we had quickly. The home is more spacious than the pictures show, the pool and private back yard are lovely. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. We will rent here again next time we are in Cape Coral.

Never Again

Well we have stayed at several properties in our travels but this was the worst. Arrived….there was no information book providing you with details, the TV outside wasn’t working and they told me they knew but never fixed it. The screens outside around pool w ripped and the rat that comes in to visit was a GREAT distraction of how NOT clean the place was. The day we arrived my wife cleaned and it was extremely dirty…doesn’t look like there was a cleaner as there was urine all around toilets, dirt throughout,ect. Plus there was several days of no kitchen sink water and then when they turned it on it leaked for days before they fixed it.
