Villa Salt Life is a beautiful, three-bedroom, three-bathroom waterfront home that is perfect for six guests. The single-level modern home features neutral colors that blend into the tropical surroundings. A cozy covered patio hosts the glass-paneled French door entrance. Make yourself at home, then step out into your outdoor oasis. The fully screened-in area features a pool with partial zero-edge, a sun deck, and spillover spa. There are several chaise lounges surrounding the pool where you can relax. Under the covered patio you'll find a spacious area with outdoor living furnishings that seat everyone around a gas fireplace and wall-mounted flat screen TV. There is an outdoor kitchen featuring built-in stainless steel BBQ grill, sink, and even a dishwasher! Enjoy the meal at the outdoor dining set that seats eight. Beyond the screened-in area is the water and your private dock. The dock hosts a tiki hut with outdoor seating, there are chaise lounges and Adirondack-style chairs so you can enjoy the sun. A boat lift stores your boat for easy access to get you out on the water in no time!

Interior Amenities

Inside you'll find an open living, kitchen, and dining space with wood floors throughout. The living space hosts comfortable couches where you can gather to spend time with loved ones or watch a movie or TV show on the wall-mounted flat screen TV. Prepare everyone's favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and expansive counters, including a kitchen island with bar seating for four. Enjoy the meal at the dining table that seats everyone. Open the large sliding wall of windows to join the indoor and outdoor spaces into one.

Get a good night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts an upholstered king bed, wall-mounted flat screen TV, and private access to the outdoor space. The en suite bath features a massive shower stall and “his” and “hers” style vanities. The second and third bedrooms each boast king bedrooms sets, wall-mounted flat-screen TVs, and private access to an outdoor space. Each en suite boasts a large shower stall and single-sink vanity. This house was perfect for our trip! It was better than the pictures. We came for a 40th birthday celebration. For 5 people there was more than enough space. We enjoyed the outdoor space every single day. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed for the cooking we did do. Centrally located for all the activities we had planned. Lots of nice restaurants near by. Very responsive host. Nice clean space. Easy check in and check out. Would come back again.

The house is just as beautiful as the pictures show. Everything was clean and decorated nicely. There were plenty of towels and lots of kitchen appliances and tools which was great! We had a wonderful stay and my only suggestion would be for basic essentials to be supplied, such as dishwasher detergent and hand soap. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again!

Great staycation

Property was just as pictures showed. Great layout, well stocked kitchen for cooking in. Beds were comfortable and loved that we all had king beds. The lanai was the highlight, grilled, ate outside, relaxed by the outdoor TV in the evening, and of course enjoyed the pool and loungers. Silvie from the reality company was wonderful to deal with, and as we were facing hurricane Helene and not knowing what to do, she was wonderful! BTW: we made it unscathed! I will not hesitate to rent this property again.

This place is as advertised. Super clean, super nice, a lot of great modern amenities. The outdoor space is amazing. The dock is also very inviting and a great place to hang out on sunny mornings. If we find ourselves back in the Cape we’ll look to rent again.

Beautiful and Convenient

The home presents exactly as shown in the listing. The neighborhood is quiet but convenient to shopping, restaurants, and Ft Myers/Sanibel. The outdoor space is the shining star of this property. The pool is beautiful and the screened in lanai keeps you bug free. The canal views are so relaxing and you get nice sunsets. Checking in and out is a breeze and communication with the property manager is very prompt and clear.

Villa is great value for money. Very nice, modern looking with lot of space. Location is little further away for boating and it take about an hour to cruise through channels but we knew this when booking. I can not say enough great things about this lovely home. The week was perfect! The lanai and pool area could not be better.
