A comfortable 3 bedroom home, with a beautiful lanai for your morning coffee, outdoor kitchen for dinners and a salt water pool to relax and enjoy seeing boats going up and down the canal. We are located 30 minutes from down town Ft. Myers, and 40 minutes from RSW airport. Great local restaurants close by in Matlacha (Blue Dog, Miceli’s) , close to the Manatee Park, and great shopping malls close by.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
