Family enjoyed the pool area in particular. The indoor spaces served everyone well, and we would definitely consider this home for future vacations. Hosts very attentive which is another big plus!

We loved this house - it was absolutely stunning, the sunsets in the evenings were amazing - had everything you need for your stay. We enjoyed shelling with Adventures in Paradise- enjoyed Bowmans Beach- Fords Garage was a great place to eat and RC Otters in sanibel.

Wonderful

We had an excellent stay in December and Maggie was a great host. She answered all questions promptly and stayed in communication during our stay to make sure everything was as expected. The house is perfectly situated in the SW corner of Cape Coral and was a perfect place for 6 of us to unwind, enjoy meals together and use the fishing gear/kayaks. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

This home was beautiful and had everything we needed (and then some). The owners made sure we knew they were always available for any of our needs. Would recommend this home over and over!

We had an absolute wonderful time staying here. Maggie was a great host. The place was top notch! Everything was clean and welcoming. The pool was a large size and the kids loved it. The nearby tennis courts were in great condition, we played tennis every morning. This place is perfectly situated on the canal with gulf access. We also rented the tritoon and spent some days cruising to islands and beaches. We had a great trip here! We were able to relax, unwind and enjoy the area. We will be back!

Amazing home!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was spotless and very well maintained. The location was perfect and the host was extremely helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay here again!

Beautiful, private home in the perfect location The house was spotless and fully equipped. Maggie the hose was very responsive. Also really enjoyed the boat exploring Estero and Pine islands. Loved the pool and hot as well. Highly recommend :)

Wonderful Home

Great home with wonderful indoor and outdoor living spaces. Enjoyed the pool and patio by the canal to watch the fish swim by. Host is very responsive and easy to work with. Would love to stay at this location again!

Sunset views

This house was just what we needed. There were ten of us, two under 3 years old. We were able to sit by the pool and watch the sunset. Neighborhood was great for walks and bike rides.

We had a great stay here for 16 nights end of April. The home has everything you need for a great vacation. We mainly sat outside, great lanai and we used the firetable every night (although it was not really cold). great furniture and everything you could wish for is available. We used the Kayak's, the hot tub and we have been fishing a lot from the deck catching a wide a variety of fish. We even had a group of 5 Dolphins at the deck once and we spotted twice a bull shark. The kids loved the pool and outdoor area playing golf. Like I said, everything is there, even more than what you would expect from a vacation home. And the view from the pool is great. We would definitely recommend people to stay here. Maggie was very responsive and the heck in was great.

Family vacation

Overall we had an amazing stay. House and outdoor space was perfect for my crew. We spent almost all of our time outside swimming, playing corn hole, or playing cards on the patio. Many happy memories were made. Thank you.

Very nice house. We rented the pontoon boat also. Had lovely trips around the canals. The pool was awesome. We spent most of our time on the lanai. Ate all our meals out there spent two weeks there and was sad to leave. Hopefully we will stay there again. One thing was I am 5 foot 2 and I needed a step stool to get into bed very comfortable bed but high.

Beautiful Views!

A nice property with plenty of space. 4 bedroom, 3 bath with a nice outdoor space. Several extra items we were able to use at the beach. Very responsive property manager and accommodating. 5 Stars!

Paradise

Our stay at this home was absolutely amazing , great location, quite peaceful & relaxing with great sunsets , not far from nice restaurants and shopping.The entire home was everything we expected and more,we enjoyed the bicycles and jacuzzi in the evening time! We even rented their Boat and took a trip Over to Sanibel Island for the day! If you ever need any info or recommendations for anything, Maggie and he staff are a phone call Away~ We will definitely return~

Best Vacation Ever!

This home was gorgeous, immaculate and in a great location. Large enough for 8 people - 3 couples and 2 teens. Pool was fantastic and very clean - we really appreciated the noodles and rafts! Bikes were a hit with the teens and the home is located very close to the docks for dinner or boat rental. The beach towels were appreciated as well so we didn't have to use bath towels or bring our own. If you want a worry free vacation, this is the place you want to stay - everything is included, like at home, but better! The sunset from the screened in patio is breathtaking!
