Grand River View!

Welcome to Grand River View—your riverfront escape where every day feels like a getaway. This 3,300 sq. ft. home accommodates 12 guests and features 4 Bedrooms, 1 Sleeper Sofa, Stunning views, a private pool, outdoor TV, a pet-friendly yard, and a work-from-home setup. 

Enjoy a chef’s kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a backup generator. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and convenience, minutes from dining and local attractions. Every sunset here feels like it was made just for you! 

There are two Master Bedrooms with King Beds (one is adjustable) and ensuite bathrooms. The third Bedroom has an adjustable Queen bed. 

The fourth bedroom features a bunk bed/Murphy bed that accommodates up to 4 people. A leather sleeper sofa is in one of the two living rooms. (No need to take the cushion off, pull it from the top) Roku televisions are included in each bedroom, the living room(s), and an outside TV. A reading nook is upstairs near the top-floor master. (May be warmer during spring/summer) 

The pool is heated during the fall and winter, and guests may set the temperature.(no additional charges to heat the pool) Laptop computers were placed for staging to highlight that remote work is possible. Desk/office chairs and dual monitors are provided in the upstairs and downstairs master bedrooms if you need to work. :-) 

Local companies provide weekly pool, lawn care, and pest control services. You have full access to the home except for the shed and locked storage upstairs. 

Bikes, beach gear, fishing poles, and an extra refrigerator are located in the garage.  Review local licensing requirements for fishing in the river. Please message us if you have any questions or if an issue arises. 

You must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation. No events or loud parties are allowed to prevent disturbances to our neighbors. Any violations will result in your reservation being cancelled.

Smoking, vaping, and illegal drug use are not permitted in the home.

The air conditioning must not be set below 72°F  to avoid freezing the system.

Doors, windows, and sliding glass doors should remain closed for longer than 2 minutes, except for entry and exit, to avoid placing extra strain on the AC system.

Climbing on fences, trees, or outside furniture may lead to injury and should be avoided.

Parents must always supervise their children.

Dogs (up to two) are permitted with the payment of the pet cleanup fee, with a few exceptions. Certain breeds or a mix that includes the following are not allowed:

Pit Bulls, American Bulldogs, Cane Corso, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bully, Rottweilers, Mastiffs, any breed or hybrid, and any dog with a previous bite history.
