Had issues with the pool on our first day with the pool being green and when we tried to get it addressed they just tried to sweep it under the rug and said the pool company would be by. After a week, and the pooling going completely green and the water murky we had to call again and then the company came to clean it but they had to put so much chlorine in that we couldn’t use it for 24 hrs. The company was suppose to come back and check the ph level but they never came back. When we called the property manager we were told that it was ok to swim in and then our kids unfortunately all got really sore eyes from the chlorine level being too high…. Things could of went much smoother with the pool in our opinion. The house itself was great! Nice new, well equipped kitchen! Great neighborhood and water access! Just some food for thought for the property management company in the future is all.

The house is very nice, and spacious. We stayed 30 days—two adults, two small children, and my parents (for ten of the 30 days). The house was very clean, plenty of pool and bath towels. Well appointed kitchen. The grill is a nice perk, and worked perfectly. For a family, the laundry room was fantastic, big table for folding and sorting. The rooms have big beds, and the kid’s room was perfect with two twins—loved the bathrooms. The kids loved riding bikes and taking walks at night, the burrowing owls were awesome. Publix and great restaurants were close by. Also a lot of activities for the kids within 5 miles, fellowship park, the library was great, Fort Myers Beach (where we typically spend our summers) was a quick 30 minute drive. We loved fishing. My only criticism is the pool. Like other reviews, we had weekly pool issues. We stayed 30 days and there were approximately 6/7 days the pool was completely unusable. The property manager was always quick to help and that was appreciated. I do think it would be in the owners or management to get a new pool company. Every Monday the pool had algae and no chlorine. We didn’t know when/or if the company had stopped by, so more that once the pool had been shocked while we were out, but we didn’t know, but we quickly found out when entering the pool. Overall the 30 days were great, and I recommend it for another family.
