This home features a split bedroom floorplan and a well appointed kitchen, large island facing an airy living room which opens to the massive pool/lanai area for true indoor-outdoor living. Stay in a desirable section of Cape Coral, convenient to two airports, marinas, beaches, restaurants, shopping and gourmet grocery stores.
Enter through the double front doors to soaring tall ceilings, a gourmet fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and tile plank flooring throughout! Open the triple sliding doors to the oversized pool area and enjoy an expansive indoor/outdoor vibe of the nearly 1400 sq ft screened in lanai!
This home is equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation! All linens, towels, pool towels, and all basic essential kitchen needs are already here! Laundry is also included with pods and dryer sheets available for guest use. A pack and play and high chair are available for guest use at the house.

Feels like home away from home
Wesley is a great host and he response quickly.The house is very modern furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very good equipped. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet by the pool. We will definitely come back!
