As soon as you open the door, you will be entering a large living room with a wide-open floor plan. This home offers a grandiose space, with a comfortable living room, formal dining space and a den with a foosball table and a sleeper couch if needed.

This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 5minutes to Matlacha, 45minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 50minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.

Casa Pura Vida features beautiful airy décor; the three bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with the main King size suite to the right of the house connected to an En-suite bathroom and patio access. The other two bedrooms featuring a queen and two twin beds share a hallway bathroom that also serves as access point to the patio.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this generous set up ( total of 8 if considering using the sleeper couch).
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and large dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious bar there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
