To help you settle in and answer any questions you may have, we will be visiting you at the house the day after check in, between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM. During this time, we will provide you with important information about the house. Based on our many years of experience, we kindly ask for your understanding that this appointment is mandatory.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License and/or State ID will be required and requested for all bookings. NO ONE under 21 years old will be allowed to book a reservation.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00.

**This home has a private pool & hot tub.

We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in in each garbage can plus 2 extra, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and 2 dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself. We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.

Relaxing Getaway Oasis

We fully enjoyed our stay! The saltwater canal offered opportunities to view wildlife like a pod of dolphins and an alligator from the lanai. The setup of the home was great for our needs and the property manager was very quick to respond as needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and just a short drive to shopping.

The property is very quiet and relaxing! Pool and hot tub were great. Communication with property manager was also excellent. We had a few questions on the pool and hot tub heat, and the manager responded right away. Highly recommend!

Pool was disgusting completely filthy, floor in the entire house was super dirty all of our feet were black. Sewer backed up and into the showers and they did not get cleaned after they got it fixed. We had to wait for the guy to come. Couldn’t use the internet until our last day because it was not working and they did not send a guy til then to fix it. Would not reccomend or stay here again.

This has to be one of the best stay yet. Plenty of room everywhere, inside & out. Everyone loved the pool, hot tub & canal view. Inside was spacious & well equipped. Great time, great memories made.

Very nice house with hot tub and pool

Very nice house located right on water canal with hot tub and pool, although we could never get the hot tub jets working. Fit 6 full size male adults comfortably with only drawback being location on far NE Cape Coral that is a further drive from RSW, Ft Myers Beach and other Ft Myers locations that we traditionally visit.

Great house!

Overall - great stay! Communication with property management was the best I’ve ever had. We had one plumping issue that was resolved nearly immediately. Best thing about the house - heated pool and hot tub! Only downside - pool and patio are north facing. If you want a lot of sun, it can be difficult in the winter months.
