La Casa di Camerella is 5 km from the picturesque town of Lucca in the beautiful and peaceful Tuscan countryside. We speak French and English.
Its location is strategic and allows you to visit Florence, Pisa, Cinque Terre, Garfagnana, the Versilia Sea, Siena and the Chianti region.
In the house (which is the old and typical Lucca country house, with the 'mandolata') which has been recently renovated, there is a kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom and a large bedroom. It is ideal for two people, but there is also the possibility for 4 (with a sofa bed or a double bed in the dining room). The kitchen and the house is well equipped for all requirements.
Outside there is a large flower garden with table, chairs and sunshade. The house is very bright and has a view of the green countryside: the light of Tuscany which enters it will seduce you.
The place of the house is optimal for rest: there is tranquility and silence.
The owners are at your disposal for information on the region or for everything that is necessary in the house!
The house is located near the village of San Leonardo (300 meters from the house). In the village there are two good restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery, two cafes, two banks, a pharmacy, a tourist information point, a doctor, a dentist and all that is necessary ... and there is also the possibility to buy local products: the famous olive oil, regional wine and organic fruit.
There is the possibility of numerous mountain biking and walking routes.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Perfect relaxing stay near Lucca

Elisa and her family have a beautiful apartment for you to stay in, set in a gorgeous garden with a private outdoor area, table and chairs (parasol for shade) and charcoal BBQ at your disposal. The space is accessed via steps outside, you enter a large kitchen/dining area which is lovely and cool, with everything you need. The bathroom is also large with a nice shower, and the bedroom is also perfect and cool with a large bed. Elisa has been the perfect host from the very first email communication, and during our stay she was on hand to provide invaluable advice (for example where to park to get the tram into Florence - just 1 Euro for the day!). I have nothing negative to say at all - this is a 5* review!

A perfect example of Tuscany.

Our stay in Capannori was wonderful. The outside is like the pictures and the inside is neat and clean with what is needed for a comfortable stay. We met Elisa, her husband, mother and daughter, a lovely family. Elisa gave us tips on exploring that greatly enhanced our visit to the area. We would love to visit again. Thank you, Elisa.

Messages and directions to the property were spot on. On arrival I was shown around and how things worked. Elisa's English is a lot better than she gives herself credit for. The property was as described, very clean, fully equipped and away from any road traffic/noise. The local shops and a very good supermarket were only a short walk or drive away. Elisa took the trouble to find out what I wanted to do and see during my stay and made several suggestions, even to the point of writing a list for me. Some I visited, others I didn't have the time to (save for another time). I was so impressed by Elisa for taking such an interest in ensuring I had an enjoyable stay. I had a walk up to the local hills and drove to places like Lucca (A lovely town), Pisa, Florence, Lake Massaciuccoli, Siena and various beautiful towns and villages in the hills, plains and coast. I would recommend this to anyone who loves to get out and explore different places- aided by the help of Elisa's knowledge of the area.

Beautiful, quiet and clean property with friendly - but not intrusive - owner.

The building and garden are both kept in immaculate condition. The apartment was very clean and we'll equiped. There is a local shop with everything you could need and the bonus of fresh local produce. The location was quiet but within 5 minute drive of Autostrada with easy access to Florence and Pisa. I would recommend this property to family and friends without hesitation.

Notre séjour chez Elisa a été une très agréable expérience. Nous avons trouvé le gîte très propre et spacieux and le jardin très joli et reposant. L'endroit est bien placé pour visiter les alentours...avec les conseils d'Elise. Elisa et ses parents sont très accueillants, mais en même temps restent très discrets. Elisa parle très bien le français. Bonne qualité par rapport prix. Nous nous demandions simplement pourquoi les bases alimentaires, comme le sel, l'huile, le vinaigre etc n'ont pas pu être fournis. Wunderbar

Unser Aufenthalt bei der Familie Mazzoni war wunderbar! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, um die nördliche Toskana zu erkunden.Elisa hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben und die Orte, an denen wir waren, waren wunderschön! Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet, mit allem, was man braucht. Sogar einen kleinen Backofen gibt es. Der Garten ist wunderschön und man kann draußen sehr schön sitzen. Besonders toll waren die selbstangebauten Tomaten, die uns Elisa geschenkt hat! Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub!

Hébergement plein de charme et très bien situé

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable, notre hôtesse s’est montrée très disponible et nous a guidé dans certains choix de visites pour sortir des sentiers battus, l’emplacement est parfait pour sillonner la toscane ( Sienne, Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence, Pise, Lucques et même faire une incursion dans les 5 terres), c’est une maison typique de l’architecture toscane avec un charmant jardin ! Schöne Ferienwohnung nahe Lucca

Ruhige Lage und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Perfekt zwischen Lucca 10 Minuten und Pisa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto gelegen. Auch das Meer ist nicht weit. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und man hat einen eigenen Gartenbereich mit Tisch und Grillmöglichkeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Idyllisches Feriendomizil mitten in der Toskana

So möchte man Urlaub machen! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Elisa und ihre Familie wohnen direkt nebenan, sodass man wertvolle Tipps und immer einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort hat. Die Ferienwohnung ist angenehm groß, mit Küche, Bad und separatem Schlafzimmer. Alles ist schön sauber, das Schlafzimmer ist angenehm kühl. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht und im Dorf gibt es einen großen Supermarkt. Außerdem gibt es noch einen schönen Garten mit eigener Tisch- und Stuhlgarnitur. Hier kann man wunderbar frühstücken oder den Abend bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen lassen. Zur Lage der Wohnung: Lucca ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Zu den anderen Städten und zum Meer ist es allerdings auch nicht weit. Mit dem Auto lässt sich die Toskana prima von Elisas Ferienwohnung aus erkunden. Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir haben die Zeit in der Toskana sehr genossen. Ganz besonders die herzliche Art von Elisa und ihrer ganzen Familie.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir bekamen so gute Tipps und und waren rundum gut versorgt. Lucca ist eine wunderschöne Stadt und sehr schnell von der Unterkunft zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderbare, ruhige Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten 2 wunderbar erholsame Urlaubswochen bei Famiie Mazzoni. Die Ferienwohnung ist schön ruhig gelegen, mit allem ausgestattet und auch für 4 Personen ausreichend (da wir tagsüber auch immer unterwegs waren). Wir haben von hier aus viele tolle Ausflüge z.B. nach Florenz, Pisa und Lucca gemacht, sogar Rom war durch den Schnellzug von Florenz kein Problem:) Am Meer ist man in ca. 35 min Fahrt, es gibt auch viele sehr schöne Strände abseits der Touristenmassen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Italienurlaub. Danke an Elisa und ihre Familie für die Gastfreundschaft und vielen hilfreichen Tipps:)
