The kitchen is very well equipped with all modern equipment for learning Tuscan cooking. The modern bathroom is spacious and well furnished.

The covered terrace guarantees shade during the day and is equipped with table and chairs to enjoy any meals outdoors.

We stayed for just over a week as a family of four. Roberta was a great host, helpful and friendly and the villa has everything that we needed. A great base for exploring the local area. The pool area was fabulous and was perfect for relaxing and spending time together when we wanted to stay in.

Heerlijke week

We hebben enorm genoten van het huis. We zijn warm ontvangen. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De keuken is zeer goed en volledig ingericht. De tuin met het zwembad is heerlijk en de manier waarop de ombouw van het opbouw zwembad is gerealiseerd zorgt ervoor dat je er toch lekker in kan springen. Het huis ligt centraal voor bezoek aan steden als Lucca en Pisa. We zijn naar Lucca gewandeld maar hebben ook met veel plezier gebruikt gemaakt van de fietsen die we mochten lenen.

Wonderful

Wonderful stay here with our young family. Roberta is a great host. We especially enjoyed the pool and bbq. The location is good to take day trips - we visited Lucca, Siena, Florence, many small villages and the beach towns.

Einfach ein toller Urlaub.Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Roberta verbracht. Obwohl wir uns verspätet haben, hat sie uns toll in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt bzw. erklärt. Auch Stand sie uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung.Das Haus selber lässt keine Wünsche offen und liegt optimal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden.Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

We had a fantastic time here. Roberta is a very kind and helpfull host. On the first day, we arrived quite late, and Roberta immediately called a nearby restaurant to reserve a table for us. The house is very clean, the location is beautiful, quiet, and pleasant. It’s just a few minutes’ drive from Lucca, where you can quickly and easily do your shopping. We visited Genua, Florence, Cinque Terre, Lucca and Viareggio. For us, this vacation was perfect. We hope to come back again. Thank you very much, Roberta!

Love the house

Grazie mille Roberta. What a wonderful house. There are 3 airco's that keeps the house perfectly cool even when it is 35+ degrees outside. The house was clean and Roberta is a great host who also speak a bit English and was very kind. We would love to come back sometime

Tolles Haus in schöner Umgebung

Das Haus war idyllisch gelegen, trotz einer nur sehr kurzen Fahrt (10 Minuten) um nach Lucca zu gelangen. Es war sauber und gut ausgestattet, Roberta war ein toller Host, die auch immer gerne mit Tipps zur Seite stand, wenn man die Umgebung erkunden wollte. Sie war außerdem sehr unkompliziert. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt!

We had a really good week in the house / appartment and Roberta was an amazing host, always available for any question. The house is very clean and has everything you need including airco. The terrace is great and has the necessary shadow. The pool is in a separate garden but only 20m away from the terrace and brings an amazing view. Close to Lucca (10 minutes) and good connection to highway We recommend it

We stayed in appartment Pergola with 3 kids (5-7-9). The appartment is very spacious, beds were ok, and it was surprisingly cool even without the airco turned on. It was fully equiped with everything you can think of. Outdoors just as good with the shady terras, large private pool and the view. Hostess gave us a great welcome and was available whenever we needed something. Would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling by car.

Un magnifique séjour dans une location au top ! Roberta était très accueillante et réactive à nos demandes, tout en restant discrète. La location est au centre de toutes les activités de la Toscane. Nous avons visité Lucca, Florence, les 5 terres, pise, … et les distances sont à maximum 1h de route. Nous avons apprécié l’air conditionné 😅 la piscine, la vue de la terrasse du jardin et tous les équipements (complet) du logement. Nous y reviendrons certainement !!! Ciao à tutti 😉

Fijne plek om tot rust te komen

Ongeveer 4 km buiten Lucca, een mooi verblijf om de omgeving te verkennen. Appartement is fijn om te verblijven en Roberta is een vriendelijke en bescheiden host. Lucca is heerlijk om te verblijven, wandelen, bewonderen en uit eten te gaan. Een aanrader!

Un séjour parfait

La maison était propre, les pièces sont spacieuses, la cuisine est moderne avec tout l’équipement nécessaire et de qualité. On a profité de la terrasse, du barbecue, de la piscine hors sol, ce qui est appréciable avec un bébé de 21 mois. Roberta est une hôte très agréable, arrangeante tout en étant discrète pour que l’on se sente comme chez nous. La petite ville de Lucca à côté est également très mignonne à visiter. Vermieterin mit Herz

Wir waren 8 Tage in Capannori, die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, aber mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung, so dass man schnell an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist. Zum Strand fährt man knapp 30 min. Die wohnung ist sehr sauber und Roberta kümmert sicg um ihre Gäste und gibt viele gute Tipps für Einkäufe, Ausfüge Strände und Restaurants. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Le logement est conforme à l’annonce. Il est très bien situé pour effectuer des visites sur Pise, Florence, Sienne etc... Roberta est une propriétaire très agréable et disponible. Le calme est très appréciable.

La location est conforme à l'annonce et est parfaitement équipée. Si vous cherchez à passer des vacances à la campagne et, de là, partir à la découverte des beautés de la Toscane, elle est faite pour vous.
