The villa features 5 en suite bedrooms, including 3 spacious double rooms with king-size beds, dressing rooms, private bathrooms and toilets. Two further bedrooms have been designed with children in mind, each with its own bathroom, toilet and storage space, and each with 2 single beds.
The living areas are bathed in light thanks to the bay windows that open onto a large, shaded terrace, perfect for meals overlooking the sea. The indoor living and dining areas are elegant and comfortable, in perfect harmony with the natural surroundings. Outside, a vast swimming pool lined with deckchairs and palm trees invites you to relax.
From the bottom of the garden, a pedestrian access leads directly to the ocean: a real privilege for a morning swim or a snorkeling session in crystal-clear, emerald waters.
A secure double garage allows you to park two vehicles away from the sun. The villa is less than 8 minutes from the center of Grand Baie, with its restaurants, shops and water sports.

To take advantage of its private access to the beach, 2 paddleboats and snorkeling sets will be at your disposal.

During your stay, you'll benefit from a full maintenance service. The villa is kept in impeccable condition by our housekeeper 3 times a week. Our gardener and piscinist also visit twice a week. Should the need arise, our maintenance department, run by Noah, will be on hand to respond quickly to any requests or technical problems.
