This hotel is super quaint and the location is perfect. It is walking distance to everything you may need. Room is good size bathroom a bit small but realistic that does not matter. Beautiful views. It’s great!

Hotel is in an older building that has been nicely renovated, excellent breakfast, excellent location (on main street, walking distance to Interlaken Ost station). We were upgraded to a room with a small balcony on check-in - liked that, nice views. Desk clerk even gave us good advice on where to exchange some Swiss currency that was longer valid (cantonal bank near the station). We had a very nice stay and definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms were below expectation with stained carpets and furniture upholstery. Moreover though the reservation on Orbitz said that parking was free, they charged us for parking. Even when I pointed out that this fact the person at the front desk told me that it was probably listed incorrectly on Orbitz and it was free only for the about 10 spots they have onsite.
Hotel is located 3 blocks from East Train Station. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Nice size rooms. Can buy tickets to Jungfrau at front desk. Decor needs updating. Water pressure from shower was weak.
