Very underwhelming experience. The location is terrible with very poor walk ability. The hotel is in a very residential area with little to no restaurants or grocery stores near by. If you are planning on staying here for Cannes it’s a hassle to get there and back using the train or any public transportation. The hotel did not have a steamer or iron for me to use. They didn’t even have a scale for me to weigh my luggage. They do not service the rooms daily and do not provide fresh towels daily. The rooms were not immaculately clean and the bed was not very comfortable either. I would not reccomend this place to a friend unfortunately.

A great stay in the beautiful SOF

What a fabulous hotel! Clean, modern with a high end feel to it. Our studio had everything you needed, and the balcony upgrade was a nice addition. The pools and outdoor area with sunbathing were very blissful. The on-site restaurant and bar were great too. A little out of the way but a walking distance to Biot station, or the free shuttle into Antibe was great! (Although remember to pre book this)

Hotel Thalazur

Lovely pool and spa area. Great option of studio apartment. Handy shuttle service into town. Very quiet. You just need to be aware that there are no bars, cafes, restaurants, shops nearby apart from a great pizza cafe. It’s a 25 minute walk to the shop. You need to get the shuttle or taxi into town for restaurants etc.

Really disappointed with rooms we were given Hotel itself is lovely but my sons room had Mould growing on the walls next to where he slept Spoke with the manager who said it was just an aesthetic issue and there was nothing they could do I asked for a small discount due to the issue but this was refused and manager refused to even speak with me The receptionist looked really embarrassed I was also lied too concerning wgen management would be on site firstly being told no-one would be in until after 12pm (after we had to check out)

I stayed at this property for 4 days, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The room was shabby and did not feel worthy of a 4-star rating at all. There was a very small bed facing the main door and directly opposite the toilet/bathroom, which staff described as a “child’s bed.” The blanket also had visible stains, which was unacceptable. Basic amenities were missing throughout our stay. There was no iron in the room, and we had to request extra towels ourselves as they were not replaced daily. We were also told that because this was the “residence area,” we would need to pay extra if we wanted our bedsheets changed or the room serviced. There was no complimentary water, coffee, snacks, or drinks provided either. What made the experience worse was the constant focus on additional charges. Less than 24 hours before our flight, we were informed that we would need to pay a €255 deposit upon arrival despite already paying for the accommodation in full. We were told this would be refunded after checkout. However, we were then asked to pay tourist taxes individually when leaving. My friend paid €13 while I was charged €43, which made little sense. We also did not receive our full deposit back and had to chase the hotel for answers. Overall, the property felt extremely money-driven, unprofessional, and not deserving of its 4-star rating.
