Die komfortable Wohnung liegt in der 3. Etage mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die ein- und auslaufenden Schiffe, fußläufig zum Sandstrand und allen erforferlichen Einrichtungen. Die persönliche Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte pünktlich und in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Trotz der nicht geräuscharmen Umgebung möchten wir diese phantastische Woche nicht missen und dazu hat auch diese Wohnung beigetragen.

Emplacement parfait
L’appartement dispose d’une situation exceptionnelle sur le quai St Pierre, permettant de tout faire à pied.
Ce dernier est grand, fonctionnel et très propre.
La communication avec le propriétaire se fait sans aucuns soucis, ainsi qu’avec le responsable immobilier sur place.
Le rapport qualité prix est très bon, et nous retournerons avec grand plaisir passer nos vacances dans cette location.

Tolle Lage
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Die Ferienwohnung hat eine tolle Lage. Unser Lieblingsplatz war am Fenster, weil der Blick auf den Hafen einfach genial ist. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m. Es gibt genügend Bars und Restaurants in der Straße und zur Stadt ist es ebenfalls nicht weit.
Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und in den Wohn- und Schlafräumen nett eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Man wohnt oberhalb des Trubels, aber wenn man die Fenster schließt, kann man die Ruhe genießen.
Der Vermieter spricht auch Deutsch und steht für Fragen stets zur Verfügung.
Der Agent spricht leider weder Englisch noch Deutsch, ist aber ebenfalls sehr nett und mit HIlfe Google-Übersetzer und Schul-Kentnissen des Sohnes hat das auch einigermaßen geklappt. Na ja, in Frankreich sollte man eben Französisch können... die Peinlichkeit geht auf unsere Kappe.
Den Weg zum Parkhaus sollte man sich zuvor auf der Karte anschauen.
Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen.
