Schön & Gemütlich mit Potenzial
War sehr schön gelegene Wohnung. 6. Stock mit herrlichem Ausblick über Cannes. Tiefgarage war vorhanden mit eigener geschlossener Box. Aufzug klein, aber einwandfrei verfügbar.
Wohnung war gut ausgestattet aber man merkt an diverse Stellen dass es schon älteres Baujahr ist.
Manche Ecken benötigen ne Renovierung aber trotzdem alles in allem gut.
Ausstattung der Küche völlig ausreichend und Geräte relativ neu.
Klimaanlage funktioniert und war auch nötig.
Nur 1 Toilette ist ne Aufgabe bei 5 Personen aber man bekommt alles hin.
Zum Strand maximal 15 Minuten zu gehen, egal ob links oder rechts vom Hafen.
