Absolutely loved this unit. A well needed get away for my adult daughter and I. We each had our own bedroom with a king bed and our own attached bathroom. The outdoor hot tub was a lovely touch in the snow. Had a wonderful massage and then an amazing dinner at Wild Orchid right in the building. Shopping and a walk along the river, surrounding you with breathtaking views of the mountains, is a short 5 minute drive. We are booked again for April!

The room wasnt what we expected. It is more outdated then we noticed on the pictures. The layout was very odd. The second bedroom had the tub no shower, the main bedroom connected to the main bath that only had a shower so of we wanted to use the bath we had to go into our guests bedroom and they had to shower in ours. The room had a stereo system piped into the rooms but very dated. One channel no option to connect Bluetooth or any other options. Furniture was dated and marked up. Coffee pot took an hour to brew a pot of coffee. The location of the hotel is convenient but we didnt get our partial mountainview we only saw the other building behind. Staff at the front desk was amazing. Room's coupd definitely need some tlc and upgrades. When we return to canmore we will be opting for a different resort that is more modern.

Booked room that was supposed to have a fireplace (Deluxe King), room had a fake, electric (non heating) fireplace. Area rug (5'x9') was filthy, small table had about 30% of the finish chipped off. Lots of dirt in the areas around flooring transitions. Power went out in bathroom for no reason last morning, no light or plug. Left room at 10:30 AM first day and received no housekeeping, no cleaning, no fresh towels. Luggage carts are falling apart, had to fix the one we used as the screws were falling out and wheels kept jamming. Shower controls don't work very well and if you put it to hottest, temp is well above scalding temp (not safe for children). Thermostat for room is located in adjoining suite so we had no temp control.

The young woman working at the front desk was so kind and friendly. I loved that she remembered my name at check out. The room was clean and spacious and we liked having the full kitchen. The one thing we don’t like is the deep soaker tub. For us seniors it’s a challenge (and a bit dangerous) getting in and out for a showe. A walk in shower would be much better and accessible for everyone.
