Great location for easy access

Advertised with many amenities such as a pool and gym, which were not actually in the building but not mentioned on the listing. Elevator was out of order and we were only informed the day before and we had an elderly member in our group that struggled with mobility. Would have cancelled the booking if known sooner and they had known for over 10 days. Was not provided any compensation, only a simple apology. This has an impact on our stay and being able to get out and about. On a good note, had plenty of supplies to make a stay comfortable. I would recommended that anyone check out the status of amenities prior to ataying

Our family greatly enjoyed the layout and view from this room. Communication from host was prompt and frequent. Condo was very well stocked with kitchen supplies. Some furniture was a bit worn. The only inconvenience was the elevator being out of service but that is not on the host.

Great family stay in Canmore

We came for a mountain wedding.This two bedroom condo was ideal for our family, the condo was spacious fully appointed which made it easy for all of us to enjoy our stay. The host was responsive, very hospitable and after we left and realized we had forgotten a dress bag, they ensured that it was not lost and made it easy to retrieve. Did I mention the spectacular mountain views from every window. A Memorable weekend holiday.

Family vacation

Nice property. Good location. Hot tub inside is nice to use after a day of site seeing. 15 minute walk to downtown. Great communication with Manger for any assistance required.

Great location

Overall the place was great for our group of 3 adults. Roomy and had a great balcony to sit in the evening. The only reason that I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the primary bedroom with king bed had little room to walk around and did not have the en-suite. The secondary bedroom had a nice size closet and the en-suite. Parking was a little confusing the first day.

Very Nice Experience

This unit was perfect for us, and our 3 adult children for our weeklong Christmas visit. The price was less expensive for similar units in nearby Banff. However, it included 2 national park passes for easy access. The complimentary coffee was also appreciated. The property manager proactively contacted us a few times to check in and ensure that our stay was pleasant. The location is near walking trails and local shops & restaurants. It was well stocked with various appliances, pots, pans, etc. for cooking. The covered parking was nice to keep the snow and ice off our vehicle. The clothes washer/dryer also came in handy.

Multi generation family Pre-Christmas trip.

Overall great experience. We couldn't figure out the fireplace, but other than that, the amenities were great. Just remember you need to bring towels from the unit when you go to the pool/hottub.

It was a great place to be with the whole family. The kids loved the pool, I loved the hot tub. Great location in Canmore. Unfortunately the beautiful new blinds they had on the living room windows

DISAPPOINTING-OVERPRICED

Upon arrival the condo had an intense smell of curry; I had to open windows and spray with aerosol to get rid of the smell. The building had very warm hallways, appears there was no air conditioning in the hallways. The pool was in another building; only way to get there was through the parking garage! The beds were marginally comfortable, lower than expected. There was construction garbage left on the deck that should have been removed. The light fixture over the kitchen island was dusty, as well the plants on the dining table. There was slight damage to the baseboard in the dining area and slight damage to the window screen in the living area, upon arrival. Overall the condo was disappointing, overpriced. Three parties involved added some challenge, VRBO, Samsara Resort Management and Bellstar! With the choice of many other properties I am very reluctant to ever stay in a condo with samsara.

Great stay in Canmore!

Perfect space for couple and older teen. Loved having laundry. We walked into town for dinner. Access to a park pass was a nice surprise!

Amazing place, fully stocked

So pleased with our stay! The unit was so bright and spacious. The bedrooms were outfitted with giant flat screen televisions and the kitchen was well stocked with necessities for our week long stay. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. Highly recommend!!

Family vacation

The unit was clean, but smaller than expected. Beautiful view. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working properly during warmer than usual temps outside. So the place was very warm and uncomfortable. In addition, there was no hot water for 24 hours due to a water heater issue in the area. So our stay was less than ideal. We did like the resort complex and Canmore/Banff area though.

Wonderful property in Canmore with close proximity to Banff

Outstanding accommodations that is beautifully decorated and well stocked for your stay. My family enjoyed our five days there and will definitely recommend this unit to our friends and family for future stays!
