We loved our stay at Evan’s property. From booking to arriving, everything was seamless. Evan was phenomenal at communication and all information was given to us in a timely manner. Evan responded very quickly to texts. The property itself is far enough from things to feel remote, but close enough that trips to Asheville were quick and simple. The view is beautiful. The aesthetic is outstanding; very tasteful decor and well thought out touches such as shampoo and conditioner in the showers and coffee in the kitchen. When we visited, the property was decorated for Christmas. It was such a nice surprise! The holiday vibe Evan was kind enough to create illustrates the attention to detail that makes this property special. The game room and theater are great and offered hours of entertainment. From host to property, absolutely recommend. Thanks for making the bucket list Asheville Biltmore trip memorable for our family.

The property was great and the host was very helpful and had great communication with me before and during our visit!! We loved the porch for group dinners and utilized the theater room to watch a movie. Would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone staying in the Asheville area!!

Great place to stay in the mountains

We really liked this property in the mountains in Asheville. The house is great to take the extended family. Kids really loved the movie and game rooms. The property manager is quick to reply to messages. We will probably visit again.

Mountain heaven

The house was as advertised. Every appliance and utensil you could imagine. Many great spaces to spread out and enjoy the surroundings, inside and out. Evan, our host, was always available and responsive. We would absolutely choose this house for future stays in the Asheville area.

Amazing house and close to Asheville

We stayed here with extended family - children, teens and grandparents. It was the perfect house to all come together and spend time in. Close to Asheville and everything it has to offer. We really enjoyed the theater room! Thank you!

Amazing Property!

This property is absolutely amazing! There was no shortage of activities for everyone to enjoy and the host had thought of everything and was excellent to work with. I would absolutely stay here again and our family would have been content just hanging out around the fire pit and movie theater all week.

Family Weekend in Asheville!

My family and I stayed at this property for a weekend to visit Biltmore Estate. We were traveling with a party of 12, including 3 kiddos. The property was beautiful, clean, well maintained, more spacious than expected, and stocked with anything you could possibly need! The adults really enjoyed the hot tub and view from the balcony. The kids loved the movie theatre and game room so much we had hard time getting them to leave the house. The property was a reasonable drive to all of our destinations; approximately 15-20 minutes to Biltmore and downtown Asheville. Evan was prompt with all of our inquiries and very helpful throughout the process. Overall, we had such a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend!
