Nice rooms, excellent service in the rooms and on the beach. This was a former ritz Carlton and the service is at that level. My only small complaint is that the gym could be bigger but it is more than adequate for most people with ample cardio equipment, a weight workout circuit, and dumbbells. Nonetheless could use a rowing machine but again it’s a small complaint

Property is great showing little sign of age but classical style of 5 star hotel. Breakfast was great especially Angel had us covered every day. Heated pools and great beach . Not too busy which makes it easy to enjoy the pools beaches and food options. Be ready to spend top $ for food and drinks which are exceptionally prepared.

The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and truly made the experience special. The hotel itself and the room could benefit from a refresh, as they feel a bit dated, but everything was very clean and well maintained. Despite that, we were extremely pleased with our stay and would happily return thanks to the outstanding service and overall experience.
