Villa frente a la playa que forma parte de una comunidad cerrada de 28 villas que cuenta con hermosos jardines tropicales, piscina, 2 palapas de sombra ya solo pasos de la playa y el océano. Prácticamente todo en la villa es nueva. Esta villa cuenta con espacio lleno sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana, comedor, cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora y secadora, 2 cuartos de baño de la planta baja. Segundo nivel tiene dos habitaciones, cada una con baño privado, terraza y TV de pantalla plana. Una habitación con vistas a la laguna que tiene dos camas, una doble y una individual con baño privado. El segundo dormitorio en el segundo nivel tiene una cama queen con una terraza que da a la hermosa agua azul / verde del Caribe y un baño privado. Desde el segundo nivel que vaya al nivel 3, donde el dormitorio principal con vistas tanto en el Caribe y la Laguna. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio, sala de estar, TV de pantalla plana y un gran baño principal con plato de ducha. La villa cuenta con dos plazas de aparcamiento privado, 24 horas de un día de seguridad, lavadora y secadora, televisores de pantalla plana, Wi-Fi, y aire acondicionado en cada habitación funcionar de manera independiente para su comodidad personal. Miriam, nuestro administrador de la propiedad en el sitio, se encontrará con usted el día de su llegada y le ayudará con cualquier pregunta que tenga. Esta villa cuenta con 2.700 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable para su disfrute con amigos y / o familiares y sólo 50 pasos de la piscina y los 100 pasos de la playa.
Villa Nizuc se encuentra en el extremo sur de la zona hotelera. Estamos convenientemente ubicados cerca de muchos restaurantes, dos campos de golf, un sendero para caminatas en la mañana, snorkel a un paseo por la playa y varias tiendas de conveniencia y tiendas de comestibles.

Great place, well equipped with well supplied with all the cooking utensils we needed. Great beach and pool area as well. One of a kind place to stay and will hope to stay here again !

Everything was amazing from start to finish. The host was incredible, and super helpful before and during our stay. Recommendations for massages and a chef were a huge hit with our family. The location was great and the pool area was wonderful. Highly recommend!

The condo was located in a great area. Miriam was a wonderful host and met us at condo when we first arrived. Her and her associate were very responsive when we requested the skillets be replaced due to scratches/wear. They brought us a grill and put together for us to use while we were there. We noticed later some pots and pans were very scratched and needs replacing as well as a rusty strainer. Would be helpful to others renting this beautiful condo to mention the many stairs it has and may be helpful to others to put down non slick rugs in the kitchen step down through to the family room two steps as well. Overall, the grounds were well kept, gated parking lot, security was friendly, the pool was heated which was great as it gets a little chilly when the sun goes down this time of year. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Miriam.

Excellent in every respect - the property was beautiful, the pool was amazing, and Miriam was incredible, as was Chef Mar who cooked for us for 3 nights. The lifeguards and security guards were great as well and were careful with baby turtles and helping them find their way to the water! There was a fair bit of seaweed on the beach and in the water, but that was beyond the control of the property. Everything within the control of the villa and the staff was fantastic - 5 stars all the way!

Great space

The property is amazing and unique, so close to beach and hotel zone with privacy. The staff (Miriam) was great. Check in was smooth, she helped with day trips, in house chef and message therapist. 10/10 experience!

Clean property, nice lay out, good location Villa Nizuc

Had a great stay. We loved that each room had an attached bathroom, it was quiet, felt safe, and had a bust outside running down the strip every 5 minutes. On red flag days, you can walk about 9 minutes down the beach to club med and swim in an area that is protected and calmer. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, it would be great if there were more.

Wonderful stay

We just returned from our trip to Cancun. Miriam was an outstanding host- very responsive and helpful. The unit was as advertised- beautiful and convenient with amazing views and good beach/access. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay immensely. I highly recommend Miriam!

We had a great time. The property was lovely. The pool and ocean were right outside the back door. Chef Nassim is a must. The food was fantastic. I will definitely stay again.

Cancun Family Gathering

Very clean and well managed property. Beautiful location right on the beach. Never had an issue that wasn't handled quickly. Condo was as advertised and very nice had everything we needed. Felt very safe with guard at the gate and people watching the beach side would definitely come back.

Fantastic vacation spot!

Our family spent a little over a week in this wonderful condo. All of the other reviews were correct about how nice it is and private. Only a few others by the pool the week after Easter, and Miriam and the security staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This is a great place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!!

Miriam’s service, attentiveness, care, and communication was top notch. She met us at the property, showed us around, gave us all the touristy tips and then was still very helpful the entire time we were there. The property was perfect for our needs with 2 older teens who appreciate their own space. Access to the pool and beach was amazing. We never felt more safe while staying there too. Don’t hesitate to book with Miriam. (She was even available for questions/texts after we checked out, thank you!)

Great for families

This is a great place for families to stay; with 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, washer, dryer and kitchen, this is ideal. It's located at the south end of the hotel zone with easy access to shopping and restaurants via local bus that is .40 per ride. The employees were great from the security guard at the front gate to the manager, and a cleaning lady came every 2-3 days. I would definitely recommend this place!
