BEDROOM:

The bedroom has a king-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.



BATHROOM:

The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.



KITCHEN:

You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:

- fridge/freezer

- stovetop

- microwave

- oven

- crockery and cutlery

- dishwasher



We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.



LIVING ROOM:

The living room has a 48` smart TV that you can use. TV has access to the local channels.



LAUNDRY AREA:

A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.



PARKING:

The residential garage can fit up to 1 car. There are also options for 2hr free street parking - Oxley St and Leichhardt St.



COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:

You will have the access to the building`s pool throughout your stay.



The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.



Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.



Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge



I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

This apartment is within walking distance from the Kingston shop and restaurants, Manuka Pool and Telopea Park. It is only a short drive away from the Manuka shopping precinct, Questacon, the National Library, the National Portrait Gallery, National Gallery, The High Court of Australia and Lake Burley Griffin.



Within close proximity to all that Kingston has to offer including cafes, restaurants, clubs, shops and buses as well as being perfectly located for easy access to Kingston Markets, Manuka, Parliament House and Lake Burley Griffin.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.



Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
