This 2 bedroom apartment is in the heart of the city within walking distance to everything you need. The apartment comes with spectacular views from your own private balcony.
The Park Avenue apartment complex offers a high-end lifestyle and is well-positioned in the heart of the city with cafes, restaurants, Glebe Park, and shops just around the corner, and it’s only a short walk to the Convention Centre, Canberra Theatre, Floriade, Stage 88, the light rail and Lake Burley Griffin or a scooter ride to ANU.
BEDROOM: Your bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with fresh linen. The linens are professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay. Also, the bedrooms have lots of wardrobe space for your luggage. The master bedroom also includes a desk and has its own private balcony.
BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. I will provide complimentary towels, shampoo, toilet paper, and body wash.
KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen whenever you`re craving home-cooked meals and has: - fridge/freezer - cooktop - oven - toaster - electric kettle - crockery and pieces of cutlery - dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV with Netflix access that you can use. Guests can log into their own services such as Prime Video, Disney+, Apple TV, Stan, and more. It also has access to all local channels.
LAUNDRY AREA: The washing machine and dryer are in the unit and available to use as well as an iron and ironing board.

Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge

Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT `No Pets Policy` except for service or emotional support animals and `No Smoking Policy`. These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you`re a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don`t stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. The property is not child-proofed and we don`t have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.
