BEDROOM:
The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.

BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 50` smart LG TV which you can use to access your Netflix. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your account.

LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.

PARKING:
The residential garage can fit up to 1 car. Additional paid parking is available in the hotel`s carpark (the same one as the assigned spot but in the public parking area on B1). Paid Street parking on Mort Street - time restrictions apply.

COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building`s gym, pool, sauna, and spa throughout your stay.

The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.

Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.

Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge

I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

You`ll be living the high life within an easy walk to a variety of shopping, dining, entertainment and employment options.

You`ll have everything you could need at your doorstep and just in case you don`t, you`ll find these within a short light rail ride.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.

Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
