The key had to be picked up at a laundromat; the collection instructions were: "Please quote the collection code to the store's staff and they will hand you the keys." There were no staff at he laundromat and there were no alternative (or fall-back) instructions. On calling the "anytime number" we were left on hold for a long period of time but eventually learnt that was locker at the laundromat where we could punch in codes to obtain the keys - this worked! It also should be noted that this laundromat is in a location where nearby parking is extremely difficult, particularly during busy times such as Friday afternoon. This considerably delayed our check in time; after a long trip, all we wanted to do was have a rest, not solve access problems. The check in details advised that there were "Two dedicated car spaces...", but there was only one marked with our unit number (fortunately, we only needed one as on-street parking was fully occupied). Once we got into the accommodation, it was clear that the deck area had not been swept for a long time, and there were well established weeds in the yard area. Bags of grout and tile adhesive near the front and rear doors did not held in the presentation. It's fine to ask us to water the plants, but most needed more attention than that.Overall, the standard of accommodation was reasonable but access arrangements and general presentation need to be considerably improved.
