It has a perfect study area, lovely view, sleek & modern kitchen, King Room (with ensuite) and Queen Room. It is only 15mins from almost anywhere in Canberra. It comes with two secure car spaces with a lift up to your apartment. Washing machine and tumble dryer complete this amazingly almost new set up!

This fresh and almost new unit sits in a lovely new apartment complex at Coombs. With lots of natural light and pristine finishes throughout, this apartment can have up to 4 guests comfortably.

There is also a double size sofabed in the living room, please message us to confirm if you require it.

Guests have exclusive use of the whole property.

- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn't a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.

Location is great if you are using Stromlo MTB. Should have been a great stay. However,No wifi, no broom, no dishwasher detergent & toilet seat is still broken. Only 1 key. Parking has a height restriction of 2.2m, on street parking is limited. The place needed a good clean. Furniture was dilapidated. Beds were good, pillows were worn & doonas were not warm enough.I requested linen for the sofa bed with no response or supply from the host.We did make the mistake of entering the property 15mins earlier than checkin, during this time the owner requested entry with a 3rd party.Host was rude over text & slow to respond.

Good place soured by apparent 'user-distain'

This should have have been a pleasant stay, good 2 bed 2 bathroom unit with nice beds, view and location (near by walks were great) but many little things left a sense that we were there under sufferance. The internet was present but not accessible, the bench top worked but was dirty and cracked, the utensils were third world, the sitting room furniture seemingly sourced from an op-shop, the towels were old, hard and non-matching, the access arrangements unfriendly, broken toilet seat and overflowing letter box (needed to access the door key) bespoke of neglect by the owner. Fix these little things and it could be a great place to stay.

Very comfortable bed and conveniently located

The apartment needed a good clean and there was no AC or ceiling fan in the bedroom so it was very hot. The balcony was unusable as it was dirty and had no furniture and got the direct sun all afternoon and early evening. The main bedroom and living area had to have the blinds closed all day to block out the direct sun. The host needs to buy new towels and sheets as the looked dated and a bit old. The bed was very comfortable and the location was handy but as the place was in need of a really good clean I’m not sure I’d recommend it. The armchair was broke and needs replacing. Parking was good.

Very disappointing.

Communication was poor, instructions to get into the property were confusing, took two phone calls to get in. No emails on the day of arrival explaining clear instructions on how to get into the property. We had 4 adults staying in the apartment and only 2 towels and 1 hand towel was supplied. We were given extra towels when we asked. There was no milk in the fridge no sugar or tissues supplied. Second bedroom had no opening window and no fans were supplied either so it was very stuffy. No coffee table and even though there was a balcony there were no table or chairs outside to sit. There was food found in the sofa lounge and behind the tv cabinet, the floors looked like they hadn't been mopped. Overall this stay was a bit disappointing.
