Escape to this lovely house in picturesque Campton. With three bedrooms including a king bed, bunk beds, and a queen bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The bathroom features a refreshing shower, and amenities like Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dryer ensure a comfortable stay. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.
2 hours from Boston. 13 minutes to Waterville Valley, 20 to Loon and 40 to Lake Winnipesaukee.
Great central location for all the attractions the White Mountains have to offer. There are three golf courses within 30 minutes, as well as kayaking on the local rivers. Plenty of hiking for all abilities and in less than 30 minutes be at many NH Attractions, including, but not limited to Squam Science Center, Polar Caves, Lost River, Whale's Tale Waterpark, and Clark's Trading Post. A short drive to either Loon or Waterville Valley to enjoy their year-round resorts with mountain bike rentals, zip lining, gondola rides, and much more!
Included in your stay: One complimentary pass to the Waterville Estates Recreation Center. Additional guest passes are available for a fee. The center features indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, a game room, a library, and even a pub, providing something for everyone to enjoy year-round.

Kitchen sink was clogled. The bathroom sink the drain ran slow. The floor was duty. Spider webs. The house needs cleaning and a plumber! The outside needs care. Ohh and there is a camera looking at you in the deck !!!

We had a lovely time in the mountains at this cottage. The kids loved the bunk room and we always love going to the pools in Waterville Valley Estates!
