Our time in Campos do Jordão was very good. What a beautiful place and wonderful days with the family. Regarding the stay, there are a few important points to highlight that were not very good experiences. First, the person at the gate when we arrived was not at all friendly. Whenever we were asked about the apartment and useful areas of the building, he was quick and rude. We always looked away, and I'm not used to people like that who don't even say hello. The apartment is very well located and a very good size, as advertised. I'll give the cleanliness a 3 because it could have been better with bathroom products, and there's a better smell in the house and on the clothes. Problems with the toaster, hairdryer, and TV. The dryer wasn't working, the nozzle on the dryer fell off when I was trying to brush my hair, and the TV didn't have a subscription, only broadcast TV and apps. I believe this can be improved.
