Banhos frios e casa suja/mofada

A casa realmente tem os utensílios prometidos e fica próxima ao Capivari, mas precisa passar por 350 m de estrada de terra para chegar. Quando chegamos a casa estava MUITO empoeirada e cheirando mofo, principalmente no quarto do andar inferior, assim como todos os colchões, cobertores e travesseiros. A geladeira cheirava peixe podre, tivemos que limpar para poder utilizar. Mas o que mais nos deixou extremamente descontentes a ponto de fazer essa avaliação foi o aquecedor de água dos banhos. Seguimos a recomendação da proprietária, mas somente 3 banhos quentes por hora foi a capacidade. Estávamos em 8 adultos e 8 crianças, que choravam quando a água esfriava no meio do banho. Sugiro que a casa somente seja alugada para famílias até 4 pessoas. De resto, será arrependimento. Encontramos muitas aranhas marrons pela casa, por isso sugiro também dedetização por segurança.

Lugar de descanso

A casa é otima, estavamos em 15 pessoas, e cabe espaçosamente todos. Muito aconchegante, o condomínio super reservado. Tem churrasqueira propria do imóvel e era ótimo aproveitar a area externa. Campos e super fresco, estivemos em dez/21 no Natal e pegamos dias bem friozinhos, bem gostoso pra ficarmos juntos. Tem água quente nas torneiras e chuveiros. Muitos utensílios para cozinhar lá mesmo. A vista é linda, da pra aproveitar cada cantinho da casa. As fotos não condiz com o real, do aconhcego que sentimos lá. A rua pra chegar até o condomínio é de chão com algumas pedras, mas com calma, carro comum passa normalmente. A Mary sempre disponível pelo WhatsApp, qualquer intercorrência ela já resolvia e ajudava. Um único ponto, pra quem for levar idosos/pcd/crianças, é que o acesso aos quartos tem degraus - 4 no mínimo, então pessoas com alguma dificuldade de locomoção pode encontrar esse obstáculo. No geral, amamos a estadia! Obrigada Mary!

Casa aconchegante

Viajamos em família e a casa acomodou confortavelmente todas as pessoas. Os cômodos são espaçosos e limpos e com equipamentos disponíveis para a estada. Acredito que para idosos e crianças pequenas (que foi o nosso caso), a casa não é muito segura por conta das escadas (há degraus para acessar todos os cômodos - quartos, cozinha, sala). No mais, ficamos muito a vontade, a Mary nos deu todas as informações necessárias e a localização é excelente!

Casa confortável, apesar do frio bem quentinha .... Lareira funciona muito bem , aquecedores em todos os quartos. Tudo bem limpo. Água quente . Condomínio muito bom, bastante silencioso. A proprietária Sra. Mary, do início da reserva até o final, nos atendeu muito bem . Lucilene Eu e meus amigos gostamos muito
