Complete house with a great location. Rooms with balconies and with view. Full kitchen, living room with fireplace. Lots of security. Your pet is welcome. Ideal place for family. We are located near the Baden Baden Brewery Factory, 5 minutes from the Governor's Palace and the Claudio Santoro Auditorium where the winter festival takes place and 12 minutes from the Tourist Center !!!!!!!! .....

Estadia excelente

Nossa estagia na casa do Tiago foi excelente. Sempre de prontidão para responder e tirar as dúvidas. Fomos recebido por ele e a sua mãe, dona Neide, que foi quem nos apresentou a casa, ela é muito simpática e atenciosa. A casa é de dois dois andares, é muito espaçosa, são dois quartos no andar de cima, ambos com sacada, um com cama de casal e o outro com cama de casal e mais uma de solteiro. Os dois possuem TV. O banheiro é grande e com um chuveiro muito bom, quentinho. No andar de baixo tem um lavabo. Na sala tem TV, lareira(eles vendem a lenha) e um sofá enorme muito gostoso. Cozinha super completa para fazer refeições no local e tem água quente na torneira. Tem uma área para churrasco muito grande e equipada. Ha uma lavanderia que fica a disposição também. A casa tem a localização muito boa, está a 1 min da Cervejaria Baden e 20 min de Capivari, onde tem as melhores atrações da cidade, tanto a noite como durante o dia. A casa tem garagem que cabem até dois carros, mas também é tranquilo estacionar na rua. O portão é automático. No fundo tem uma casa, onde mora dona Neide, é super tranquilo, nem a vimos nos demais dias, só quando chegamos mesmo. O local é tranquilo, sem barulhos, excelente para uma boa noite de sono. Voltaremos em outra oportunidade.

Maravilhoso, tudo perfeito

Super recomendo, eles são muito atenciosos. A casa é impecável, linda! A localização é ótima, e na casa tem tudo não precisamos nos preocupar com nada, a lenha eles tem um preço super bacana e já nos oferecem no local. Voltarei mais vezes com certeza!
