Muito bom, exceto pelo piso do quarto

Localização muito boa, instalações novas e muito bonita. Café da manhã muito bom e atendimento cordial dos funcionários, com bastante simpatia. Único detalhe negativo foi o piso do quarto, que estava bastante ondulado e com várias placas de madeira se soltando, configurando risco inclusive de machucar ao andar descalço ou de chinelo. Uma pena essa condição ruim de manutenção, pq o hotel é muito bom e recomendado.

Uma ótima experiência

Nossa estadia foi excelente! Fui com meus pais e desde o início fomos muito bem recebidos pela equipe, que foi sempre atenciosa e prestativa. O quarto estava impecável, limpo e confortável, e o banheiro também era espaçoso, com um chuveiro excelente e amenities de qualidade. O café da manhã foi um ponto alto, com boa variedade e tudo muito saboroso. A localização também é ótima, facilitando o acesso aos principais pontos da região. A única sugestão seria a disponibilidade de um ventilador ou ar-condicionado no quarto. Apesar de o clima estar agradável durante nossa estadia, optamos por deixar a janela aberta à noite para melhorar a ventilação. Em períodos de calor mais intenso, esse detalhe poderia fazer a diferença. No geral, foi uma experiência muito positiva, e certamente voltaríamos a nos hospedar aqui sem hesitação!

Ótima opção em campos do jordão

Já havia estado no altitude lodge em 2022, quando era recém inaugurado. Lembrava que a cama, a roupa se cama, os travesseiros, as toalhas e o chuveiro eram ótimos. E assim continuam. Atendimento, localização e café da manhã também são muito bons, tudo muito caprichado. Os detalhes fazem a estadia muito confortável. Destaco apenas que o piso do quarto em que ficamos estava um pouco solto, mas nada que prejudicasse a nossa estada.
