Um bom hotel

Boa localização central. Recepcionistas nao muito amigaveis e cafe da manha meio regulado. Ex: banana picada e cuscuz disponível para servir no maximo 2 pessoas. Poucas opções de canal de televisão, 90% ou mais dos canais sao religiosos. Mas apesar disso voltaria a ficar no hotel.

Great location but in case you need to escape via the stairs there is no signage where to exit when walking down the stairs. I ended up (the lift didn’t work) in the courtyard but the gates were locked and the doors to lobby were locked. The balcony railings and upstand are not safe, kids can step and climb in it. No pot with water/sand for smokers outside.

Very Nice Hotel, Employees were the Best Part!

The stay was very good. This is my second stay in Indaiatuba and I was very happy with the hotel. The employees were amazing and were always very friendly. The hotel has a very good setup and I always felt very safe. This will be one of my return hotels in the future.

Good place!

Number 1 is an aparthotel. The room has a separated living room with tv. Very spacious bedroom with comfy bed. I was traveling with a baby and they provided a crib and baby bathtub. The kitchen has a microwave, sink, couple plates and silverware. Breakfast was excellent!!! No detergent or paper towels and no room service.

Janela do banheiro transparente e totalmente à vista do o prédio vizinho, constrangedor. Tive que pendurar a toalha na janela para podermos usar e tomar banho. Café da manhã bom, simples, mas com boa variedade, porém faltaram talheres, xícaras e pratos por falta de funcionárias. As frutas estavam verdes, sem condições de comer. O flat é ótimo, novo, espaçoso e limpo. A sacada estava bem suja.

O hotel é ok. A piscina é boa, café da manhã ok, o tamanho do apartamento é ótimo, mas se você precisar de wi-fi no quarto considere seriamente outro hotel. O wi-fi funciona mal na sala e simplesmente não funciona no quarto. Se você quiser ligar uma smartv ou simplesmente usar o wi-fi não vai funcionar. Não sei em outros andares, mas no 4° andar onde fiquei, sem chances! Falei com 3 atendentes diferentes, todas anotaram e disseram que iriam pedir assistência, mas ninguém foi no quarto resolver. Cogitei a troca de apartamento, mas não autorizaram porque eu tinha reservado por um site de reservas. Se o wi-fi não for importante para sua estadia, é uma boa opção, mas se for, pense 2x antes de fechar a reserva porque a minha experiência foi péssima com a tentativa de resolução desse problema.

A recepção durante o check-in poderia ser mais flexível. Cheguei ao Hotel por volta das 13 hs, e não disponibilizaram o quarto, mesmo tendo disponibilidade. Somente mediante pagamento de uma taxa de early check-in. Por conta de 1 hora, não faz muito sentido na minha opinião. A luz do quarto não está funcionando regularmente (apto 106).
