The hotel is OK with some caveats: 1 - The rooms are really small, with no place for luggage. 2 - You have to pass twice in the toll if you’re coming from the airport or from Bandeirantes highway. If you stay in hotels east of VCP you avoid that.

The hotel is located just about 15 minutes from Viracopos Intl Airport; the facilities are well kept, clean, the room impeccable, and the breakfast very complete. They offer shuttle upon request, which is highly convenient !

This hotel is horrible for a multitude of different reasons. Let’s start with they placed it 100 feet after a toll, so everytime you leave and come back it’s 20$ each way. They used to do vouchers but stopped 3 years ago I was told, which is extremely greedy. The hotel itself is in terrible condition, I closed the bathroom door and the hatch in the ceiling fell and hit me. The shower is missing the finish on one side and looks extremely poor and run down. The room is small and the air conditioner barely works. The pictures are a complete lie about this property. The staff is also extremely incompetent, I expressed to the front desk I didn’t feel comfortable with cleaners in the room because there is no safe. Only to come back after being out 10 hours to somebody in our room. The front desk didn’t even offer an apology. There is a massive pot hole in the driveway which unavoidable and really can damage your car. I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody. Absolutely terrible experience and they should be offering a refund.

Estadia foi boa. Único problema é a localização. Por ser junto ao pedagio, qualquer ida a Campinas ou a Indaiatuba tem que pagar o pedagio várias vezes. Eu não ficaria de novo por causa disso.

Precisava de um local próximo ao aeroporto e a mesma aparece como estando a 4km de distância… porém para ir de carro é necessário passar por 2 pedágios e dar um enorme retorno que torna a corrida de táxi do aeroporto em R$ 120,00. Se o objetivo é um local próximo ao aeroporto não fique neste hotel.
