Não encontraram a minha reserva, a moça que estava na recepção era da limpeza e estava mais perdida do que tudo. Me colocaram num quarto horrível m, eu fiz reserva por R$ 150,00 e não entendi porque cobraram R$ 170,00, nunca vi não terem lençóis de casal e muito menos toalha de rosto. Terrível.

Limpeza deixando a desejar, travesseiro já mt velho, deve ter uns 20 anos de uso, lençóis e toalhas ficam numa prateleira na recepção sem proteção a qualquer coisa que possa sujar, poeira, etc. Não podemos contar com o café da manhã mesmo pago por fora pois é inviável, e o pagamento seja um dia ou três por exemplo tem que ser feito integralmente, sem possibilidade de parcelamento no cartão. Campainha que toca de instante de instante e que podemos escutar do quarto. Cheguei muito cansada e não consegui dormir cedo devido aos barulhos da Campainha e no corredor dos quartos. Isso me incomodou bastante, bem como ter q sair no frio do domingo de manhã atrás de um local para tomar café no Centro da Cidade com quase tudo fechado!

Pior experiência em hotéis da minha vida

Hotel em condições totalmente diferentes do apresentado nas fotos do site. Atendimento na recepção de forma precária e nada cortês e total falta de cuidados com a higiene. Desde a recepção percebe-se mau cheiro e nítida impressão de local que não passa por limpeza. O quarto então, impossível encostar em qualquer coisa lá dentro, tudo muito sujo. Colchão extremamente velho e sujo, roupas de cama encardidas e que claramente não são lavadas há um bom tempo, banheiro precário e toalhas de banho que mais parecem panos de chão. Infelizmente é um serviço prestado em péssimas condições.
