Kettle Moraine Long Lake Vacation Get Away. Comfort begins as you enter the door to your lake frontage studio style vacation home. Take in the view of boaters and wildlife enjoying the waters from either the inside living room or out on the deck. Stepping out to the beach area where you will be able to catch some sun, play some games in the sand or get into the water with some of the water toys we have to use. Maybe do some fishing from the pier and don’t worry if you didn’t bring a pole, we have enough here for all to use. Grab some smore goodies and start a bonfire or simply star gaze while sharing many stories. Parking available right by your entrance door and the code to enter will be sent to you the day before your arrival.
Getting out on the water; taking in all you can while vacationing on Long Lakes 2 mile of water with 2 separate Kettle Morian beaches, great fishing, skiing, swimming or simply floating around on a tube. Bring your boat and dock it on our pier which is in view sight from your deck. Enjoying the convenience of waking up and jumping in your boat to get the morning bits. No boat, no problem. We have a rowboat and a canoe for all to use. We have plenty of fishing poles and life jackets for all sizes. Fishing license can be bought online and a good variety of bait available up the road at the local gas station.
In the winter months ice skating, ice fishing, making snowmen, jump on the trails with your snow mobiles right from the front yard. Only 15 minutes away is Sunburst Ski & Tubing with awesome hills to concur.
While exploring our small town with an up north friendly atmosphere (You could start your morning with some delicious coffee and a healthy breakfast at 3 Sweets Bakery and for lunch visit our well know Hamburger Haus, and don't forget to save room for some ice cream. Save some time to visit our Dundee Mill and a short walk around our 3 free for children fishing ponds. Road House, Mc Juggers and Camp Dundee are well known places for their spirits and good food. We have 1 gas station with the basic small station snacks & beverages, also a verity of fishing bait. May – October, every Sunday we have our local farmer’s market. If you are unable to make it on Sunday, ever Thursday’s, only 15 minutes away, in Kewaskum has their farmer’s market 4pm-7pm.
Being in the Kettle Morian State Forest there are more than 100 miles of mountain biking, horseback riding, hiking, nature trails and hunting. Bring your ATVs or snow mobile and enjoy 40 plus miles of riding. Going from small town to small town finding many adventures along the way. Centrally located around West Bend, Fond Du lac, Elkhart Lake and Kohler where many events are held. We are here to help make your vacation filled with great memories.
