Staff were helpful and friendly and the room was ok for the price point), but there is a lot of noise from adjacent bathrooms, rooms, outside road noise and external air conditioning units (at least thats what the external humming/buzzing noise appeared to be)

I haven't stayed at No 1 for a few years and was pleasantly surpised. Rennovated in light colours and our room was perfectly clean. Linen and pillows good quality. Liked the choice of ceiling fan and or aircon. Excellent water pressure which can be hit or miss in Cambridge. My only dislike is that you cannnot open the windows to allow for a nautural breeze and airing of the room.

Family over night stay

No 1 motel was easy to find, staff was helpfully. Accommodation was basic but comfortable and everything we needed. Had good selection of cereals and bread for breakfast with spreads.
