Bom, mas esperava mais!

A limpeza estava muito boa, a piscina é excelente, mas esperava um pouco mais de conforto, por exemplo: travesseiro extra, um por pessoa realmente acho pouco, papel higiênico folha simples, pelo menos um folha dupla, alem de deixar extra no quarto ajudaria, quando fizemos checkin a porta da sacada estava aberta, então o quarto estava cheio de mosquitos, café da manhã achei a variedade boa, mas os doces poderiam ser melhores, os bolos, docinhos e orelha de gato não estavam bons, o cream chease por exemplo estava azedo, não sei se muito tempo fora da geladeira, leite poderia ter uma opção vegetal, e um cuidado maior com a contaminação para vegetarianos, o presunto ao lado do queijo e um pegador para ambos fica complicado para quem além de vegetariano tem alergia ao presunto.

Acredito que o hotel tenha sido reformado recentemente e por isso alguns detalhes ainda estão sendo finalizados, como dispensers de sabonetes no banheiro, por exemplo. Contudo, tive uma ótima experiência em geral, o café da manhã é EXCELENTE, com destaque para a funcionária Sandra que é uma simpatia. Fui em uma viagem de negócios então não aproveitei as áreas de lazer, mas em relação aos aspectos técnicos como wi-fi, limpeza e quartos silenciosos o hotel é super adequado. Em resumo, ótimo custo-benefício e achei uma gracinha disponibilizaram água grátis no quarto como boas vindas e ter sempre café disponível na recepção.

Hotel muito bom, quartos confortáveis, limpos, bem organizados. Atendimento excelente, toda a equipe muito cordial. Café da manhã delicioso. Wi-fi funciona bem. Boa localização, perto de vários restaurantes e locais de lazer. Único ponto de atenção foi o ruido muito forte do ar condicionado, realmente alto ao ponto de atrapalhar o sono.
