It includes a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The apartment also comprises a living room, dining room, one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90cm), and a bathroom with a clothes dryer. Two parking spaces with wheel clamps are included. Access to the swimming pool is available.

*The swimming pool is open in July and August only. All decisions regarding the swimming pool are made by the condominium association. Therefore, no discount will be given if the pool is closed to the public. Neither the agency nor the owner can be held responsible.

The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).

If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a preliminary inventory, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually departed.
