A quiet villa complex known for its views and charm, situated about 3km from the centre of Calpe, on land extending from the sea's edge. It is characterized by its splendid coves where you can practice different water sports. It is only 10 min from the sandy beach and city centre. This villa is located near tennis courts, diving schools and restaurants. Around it, you can enjoy forests and beautiful panoramic views.

Calpe is 60 km from Alicante Airport and can be reached in 40 minutes by A7 Motorway by car. Maison bien équipée avec une piscine très agréable. Bien localisée

Maison très agréable, fonctionnelle, bien localisée. Les points négatifs sont que le mobilier pour s'assoir n'est pas confortable autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. L'activité du restaurant est bruyante le matin. Malgré cela un très bon séjour.
