Holiday Home 'Blanco' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The exclusive "Villa Blanco" is located in Calpe on the beachfront, on Puerto Blanco beach. A pleasant summer villa with a large private pool and stunning views of the sea and Peñón de Ifach, with a capacity for 8 people.



This detached villa has a large plot of 2400 square meters partially landscaped and is built on one floor, easily accessible and without stairs. The step-free interior makes it ideal for guests with mobility needs.



It has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bathtub or shower, a large living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa spans 300 square meters and also includes towels and bedding, free high-speed WiFi suitable for video calls, and a TV with satellite channels. One pet is welcome upon request.



Outside, you will find a private garden, pool area with outdoor shower, barbecue area, covered and uncovered terraces, as well as on-site parking for guests to enjoy.
