Private: property 2'500 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden, swimming pool angular (9 x 10 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Boules. Bumpy motor access (300 m via unmade road). Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant 3 km, café 3 km, bus stop 800 m, railway station "Cannes" 39 km, sandy beach "La Bocca" 31 km, lake Saint Cassien 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km.
