This property is handled by a third-party management company and I was not aware of that at first. The listing on the property stated "pet friendly" and then they told us we couldn't bring our dog there. There were rips in the master sheets and blood splatter, knife stabs in the mattress, what appeared to be blood spots on the couch, hair balls and dust and sticky floors, a dirty stovetop and oven, no dishrags, towels, or dish soap in the kitchen (only one well-used, raggedy sponge), a broken drawer in the refrigerator, and MUCH emotional distress because there was no house key! The key was locked in the lock box and we were given different codes, none of which opened the box! We were told to leave the back door unlocked (which is the only reason we got into the house) and not to worry about our things inside the house because it's a "safe neighborhood". We stayed one night in this home and even after being there for approximately 18 hours, we still did not have a key.
