All the comforts of home with all the wonders of nature. This 2 bedroom condo enjoys a private sandy beach, lush landscaping, modern amenities and a quiet relaxing atmosphere. Listen to the waves, watch the sea birds, tankers or fishing boats as they pass by. Or stay inside and play on your 49" UHD SMART TV, queen size bed, or couch and a new air conditioner. Nicely decorated with local art. Mineral water, dishes, pots and pans, cups and glasses are provided for your convenience.

Fun restaurants and bars are only steps away. Tricycles will meet you outside our front gate. Only 10 minutes from the ferry and 15 minutes from the jeepny station, we are just outside of town in Parang. We offer a boat for rent to visit the islands, have the fastest internet of any hotel in Oriental Mindoro, and provide excellent service as we live on the property to keep you secure at all times. We have caretakers that speak Tagalog while I speak English.

This condo is upstairs/downstairs up with all the amenities and one downstairs bedroom with no ac or tv for easy access to the outdoor kitchen, dinette and beach. It is rented as one unit. Everyone absolutely loves it here and you will too.
