A house facing the sea, with natural pools, a recent construction with a lot of charm and a contemporary and very fresh Caribbean style. On one level, large green areas surrounded by tropical forest that houses a diversity of native flora and fauna, blue morpho butterflies, monkeys, howler monkeys, sloths, iguanas, etc. With the area completely fenced.

The property has a guest house in the garden with an extra bedroom, living room and bathroom (fans).

Very good location, with wonderful beaches in front of the house and its surroundings, where you can enjoy a few snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking in rivers or beaches, surfing, sport fishing, hiking in wonderful National Parks and waterfalls.

It is close to all services (supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, etc...) At night you can enjoy the place, with a Caribbean atmosphere and its native Reggae music groups.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

Fabulous

The house was great. The wrap around porch was great. You can walk to the beach and to town on a beautiful trail with sloths and monkeys. We would recommend this home to everyone.
